Hi folks…I wanted to give you a quick update on the checklist to let you know where things are at the moment.
The good news is that school is ending soon and I am expecting to get some help in entering data into the database. My goal is to have all of the Nickel Tour cards (all the ones that are actually in the book) entered by the end of July, maybe sooner. Right now the database includes all cards through NT0459 (that’s through the E sereis cards). I have also been entering images into the database…which is a little more time consuming. But, like I have said before, when it is all said and done, it will be really cool to have a searchable database of the cards.
Second…I do have some changes coming to the database tool. They should be live in the next week or so. The key change is the addition of a “Grid View” of the cards. There will also be a few other changes to make the database tool easier to use.
And now for the “etc.” part of the post. Four Disneyland French cards sold on eBay this past week. All of the cards sold for below $60..three of them below $50, so not far off from the ones that sold a couple months back. These are rather rare…but, it seems the market isn’t interested in them above $60-$70…at least not this past week it wasn’t. So…if you are interested in these cards, keep that in mind.
