B Series Cards added to Price Guide

I am in Price Guide mode at the moment…so I got to the series B cards tonight (NT0267 through NT0311).  As I have mentioned before, I am not including variants…except for those captured in the Nickel Tour.

As always, feedback is most welcome, and will be quickly acted upon.
