Novelty Card Prices Added to Price Guide

Hi…I took a crack at adding the Novelty cards to the price guide tonight.  These cards are all from Chapter 5 of the Nickel Tour.  There are a pile of super rare cards in this set…and others that are not so rare, but still not easy to come by.
